Fall Fun This Weekend at Pecan Festival in Foreman Arkansas

Foreman, Arkansas may be the home of Tracy Lawrence but it is also the home of the 3rd annual Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival this weekend on Saturday, October 19, in and around the the city of Foreman, Arkansas.

The Foreman Community Foundation is proud to present this fall festive event from 9 AM to 11 PM featuring over 100 Craft Vendors, and a Farmer's Market. It will be a day filled with family-friendly activities with live music and more!

Scheduled Events

• Classic Car Show - 9 AM - 1 PM
• Pulling for Pecans - Arm Wrestling Tournament 12 Noon
• Cornhole Tournament - 11 AM at Oscar Hamilton Elementary
• Tractor Show
• Street Dance
• Costume 5K - 7 AM on  Schuman Street
• Costume Pet Parade -  3:30 PM at Foreman Public Library

Soldiers of the Ashes Haunted House - $5 admission $1 for additional entries

• Hot Dog Eating Contest -  11 AM  at Papa Mikes BBQ
• Food Court - All Day
• Kids Zone - All Day
• Wild Game Cook-off - 9 AM
• Little River Bake-off - 12 noon - 1 PM

The Rocky Comfort Pecan Festival Costume Pet Parade will start at 3:30 PM on Saturday. the Little River Bake-off is set for noon until 1 PM across from the Farmer's Market. Categories include cookies, breads, cakes, and pies. The entry fee is $10 and all baked goods must have pecans in them.
