Star Wars Jedi Amy Allen Joins Geek’d Con 2025 Lineup

Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, returns to Downtown Shreveport this August. The 10th Anniversary of Geek'd Con will be held at the Shreveport Convention Center, August 22nd-24th, 2025. The event is an amazing weekend where you can create once-in-a-lifetime moments with your favorite celebrities, shop from hundreds of vendor booths, and spend time with your friends & family.

What Is There To Do At Geek'd Con?

You can expect to shop from over 200 vendor spaces, on two floors, filled with comic book retailers, handmade crafts, shirts, collectibles, trading cards, vintage toys, artwork, and much more. Vendors from all over the US, and right here in Shreveport-Bossier, will be on-hand all weekend for fans to buy, sell, and trade.

One of the big features that draws fans to Geek'd Con every year is the celebrity lineup. These celebrity guests come to Shreveport to meet and greet fans.

This Jedi Master Is Coming To Geek'd Con 2025

This recent guest announcement has people pretty excited. Because a legitimate Jedi Master from the Star Wars film universe is coming to Shreveport. At Geek'd Con 2025, you can meet Amy Allen, the actress who played Aayla Secura in the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy. 

Allen played Aayla Secura in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, and Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. Becoming one of the first female Jedi to ever be featured on-screen.

The version of Aayla Secura that Amy Allen created has gone on to be featured in various collectibles, toys, and video games. While the character started in comic books, and has gone on to exist in the animated universe, it's Allen's likeness that remains the primary version of the character.

What Celebrities Are Coming To Geek'd Con 2025?

You can meet award winning actor Jason Lee, along with his Mallrats costars Ethan Suplee and Jeremy London. Terrifier stars David Howard Thornton and Samantha Scaffidi will also be appearing.

This year's guest lineup already includes a 35th Anniversary "Shell-a-Bration" for the release of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. Including voice actors Brian Tochi (Leonardo), Robbie Rist (Michalangelo), and martial artists Ernie Reyes, Jr. (Donatello) and Kenn Scott (Raphael). The four Turtles actors will be joined by Francois Chau, who portrayed The Shredder in the TMNT film universe as well.
