Luke Bryan celebrated the opening weekend of his Sunset Repeat Tour on Friday (May 31) by inviting openers Cole Swindell and Jon Langston onstage with him for an ode to some old school country.

Specifically, a somewhat sweaty Bryan decided to dust off a version of David Lee Murphy’s "Dust on the Bottle" during the New Jersey concert, with Swindell and Langston throwing the crowd into an outright tizzy as they surprised the crowd by walking out to join Bryan for the performance.

And of course, what would a summer singalong be without a few shots? All three of the country stars partook in a liquid refreshment midway through the song, downing a sweet little something from sweet little red Solo cups. Bryan even seemed to mouth to the crowd at the conclusion of the song that the "shot got me" as he smiled and put his hand to his heart.

The performance was just a small piece of what was an electric way to kickoff the tour, which is set to run through October. This year's Luke Bryan tour will also include two stadiums dates, one at Gillette Stadium on June 21 and one at Ford Field on October 25.

Last week, the four-time Entertainer of the Year announced plans for his eleventh consecutive Farm Tour, which will play at six never-before played farms from September 26 to October 5.

“The idea behind this tour is to bring full production concerts to small towns that would not see larger scale shows,” Bryan says. “Growing up in rural Georgia we had to drive to larger cities to see concerts. It is so exciting to watch each of these shows being built like a small city in itself in the empty pasture land of these farms. We can feel the pride from the people in these towns as well as the farmers and it takes everyone coming together to pull them off!!”
