The time is almost here if you are an Arkansas Razorback fan! The countdown has begun to officially kick off the 2013 University of Arkansas football season with new head coach Bret Bielema. Saturday the hogs will take on Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns at 3 p.m. (FSN) at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

Got the news today that Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones will headline an upcoming documentary titled “The Jim Lindsey Story.” The film covers the career of Jones’ one-time teammate and business partner. The project is being produced by Emmy Award winners Larry Foley and Dale Carpenter.

A robust crowd of hog fans filled the Elk's Lodge in Texarkana, Ark. to capacity at the annual Razorback meeting on Wednesday (4/17) to get a glimpse of what to expect from the Arkansas Razorbacks this fall. The man of the hour was of course new head football coach Bret Bielema and athletic director Jeff Long.

I'm excited about the new football center that's being planned at the UA. As nice as DWR Razorback Stadium is, the facilities unseen by most fans have been lacking for years and some major needs for the program are finally being addressed. I have really been impressed with Jeff Long over the past few years.
