Main Street Annual Christmas Parade in Texarkana - CANCELLED
Even with Christmas on the way COVID-19 strikes again with another Texarkana tradition cancelled. The Texarkana Board of Directors have made the tough decision to cancel the Annual MainStreet Christmas Parade in downtown Texarkana.
