Circle of Friends for Arkansas Children's Foundation hosted their annual Carnival Under the Stars "Boots and Bandanas" fundraiser on Friday, May 17, in the Four States Fairgrounds Fine Arts Building.

This first-ever “Festival of Stars” Toy and Donation Drive is Friday, December 15, from 7AM - 6PM. This is being sponsored by Texarkana USA chapter of Circle of Friends for Arkansas Children’s Hospital and will be held simultaneously with all Circle Chapters across the State of Arkansas.
