One of the lakes Texarkana likes to congregate during the summer months is Lake Greeson and people have been asking, Will there be a fireworks show over the lake this year?

Daisy State Park near Lake Greeson will be holding our annual Outdoor Skills Weekend this March 27-29.

Daisy State Park is gearing up for Lake Greeson Days, June 16-18, 2017.  Lake Greeson is a favorite place where Texarkana loves to go to swim, fish, camp or just enjoy the great outdoors.

The place to be this weekend is Daisy State Park for Lake Greeson Days, Friday, June 17-19, 2016.

The summer season is coming to an end and Daisy State Park invites you for a fun-filled weekend of activities beginning Friday, September 4 through Monday. September 7.

The Daisy State Park family will be celebrating its 60th anniversary as an Arkansas State Park from 1-4PM on Friday, Aug. 28.

The Arkansas State Parks trail crew is set to begin work on the two and a half miles of the Bear Creek Trail within Daisy State Park on August 17. And this work will require the temporary closure of the first six-mile portion of the trail, according to Park Superintendent Tamara Lunsford.

Daisy State Park in Kirby, Ark., is making preparations to celebrate its 60th Birthday August 28 to August 30.

Lake Greeson is one of the lakes near here that everyone likes go to when looking for some summertime fun.  Well, the  26th Annual Lake Greeson Days are set for June 19-21 at Daisy State Park. This event will include the annual kids fishing derby as well as a variety of contests, programs, and tours.

Easter Sunday is April 5, and some of my favorite memories as a child were having an Easter egg hunt in the backyard. In fact, you can do an Easter egg hunt just about anywhere. They're always fun. So, if you don't mind traveling a little ways down the road, Daisy State Park is the ideal place to take the kids.
