The Texarkana Twins add Rick Fowler, Zach Fowler and Braden Boyd to finalize the 2019 coaching staff. The Twins are thrilled about what each of these coaches can bring to the table.

Texarkana College Trustees took formal action Monday to name Dr. Jason Smith as the ninth president of TC. Smith currently serves as superintendent of Pleasant Grove Independent School District in Texarkana, Texas.
