Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports a total of 247 positive COVID-19 cases, with 119 recoveries and 16 related deaths. Cass County has a total of 36 with 32 recoveries and 2 deaths. Texarkana College Trustees Approve New Degree in Health Sciences
At the Texarkana College board meeting held on June 26, Trustees approved the addition of the Associate of Science in Health Sciences degree to be implemented in January 2020.
