UPDATE: Police say there are now four fatalities, including a 2 year old, and 34 injuries after a vehicle crashed into a crowd of spectators during the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade.

GARTH BROOKS showed up at the Oklahoma State University graduation ceremony the other night.  But he wasn't there to perform... or address the graduates.  He was picking up his Master's Degree. This wasn't an honorary pat on the head either... Garth actually studied and earned it.
