Michael Ray to Perform at Red River Arts Festival Sept. 29
The annual Red River Revel Arts Festival kicks off this weekend in Shreveport, LA., Sept. 29-Oct. 7. This premiere festival boasts over 100 artists showcasing their work of art. In addition there will be a ton of food, a children's area and live music from several different genres. One of the acts performing will be rising country star Michael Ray.
