Nostalgia is great. East Texans want these beloved retailers to reopen.

The Collins Senior Center located at 3000 Texas Boulevard reopened back on Monday, March 15th after almost a year of being closed due to COVID-19. The senior center is open Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. But at that time the kitchen was still closed, they still served box-lunch meals but nothing was prepared there, well that's about to change.

I know you have that big fat winning lottery ticket burning a hole in your pocket but the Texas Lottery Claim Centers have been closed due to the "Rona" right? Well, worry no more, the plan is to reopen the claim centers, by appointment only, on June 1.

The City of Texarkana, Texas and City of Texarkana, Arkansas Parks and Recreation Departments will reopen city park playgrounds this Friday, May 22, 2020.
