Texarkana Texas Police have been busy this week searching for two men in alleged association with the shooting that took place on Waterman St in Texarkana back on August 29. That shooting left four people injured and now two more men have been added to the wanted list.

The reward for Frankie Lee Bell Jr., 29, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and this month’s featured fugitive, has been increased to $12,500.
