Get ready for the 2015 Scout-O-Rama that will take place April 10-12, at Spring Lake Park in Texarkana. While camping and other scouting events will take place all weekend, the public is invited to attend Saturday, April 11 from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

April is here and that means it's Scout-O-Rama time at Spring Lake Park brought to you by the Caddo Area Council, BSA  April 12-14.  As a kid growing up and a former scout myself I remember those days preparing for the event that was always fun and educational.

One of my favorite memories growing up in Texarkana was looking forward to the annual Scout-O-Rama every year. I enjoyed being a part of the fun that the local scouts put together for this once a year event.
