Bowie County Ordered to "Shelter In Place" Through April 13, 2020
Today, March 27, at the Joint Operations Center Press Conference in Texarkana, Texas, Bowie County Judge Bobby Howell declared a Shelter In Place Order beginning at midnight tonight and will be in effect through April 13, 2020.
