A report this week in The Guardian titled, "Texas Rattlesnake Butchering Festival Continues Despite Objections", would make you think that Texans are nothing but blood-thirsty rednecks with no hearts, souls, or sympathy for those poor little snakie-snakes. Jeesh!

We all know Jason Aldean can sing but can he act? We'll all find out next month when Aldean makes his acting debut in a independent film titled "Sweetwater." The western movie is set in the 1800s and includes an A-list of actors such as Ed Harris and January Jones.
