The Texarkana Arkansas District Court offers an Amnesty Program to help individuals clear outstanding warrants while saving money. If you have a warrant for your arrest, this is an opportunity to act now and avoid additional fees.

Judge Wren Autrey has announced the Texarkana, Arkansas District Court and the Miller County District Court will grant Amnesty beginning January 19, 2018 through April 30, 2018, for individuals that have outstanding warrants for failure to appear, probation violation, or failure to report.

The Texarkana,  Arkansas Police and Texarkana District Court have come up with a terrific idea to help parents and families who can't afford a decent car seat to get a little help from some folks who have run afoul of the law and have existing Contempt of Court warrants.
