LifeShare Blood Center is urging blood donors to include giving blood in their summer plans. Blood donations are urgently needed through the summer and, historically, there is a higher demand for blood products in July.

There is always a need for blood donations and Summer is one of those times that the need seems to increase.

LifeShare Blood Center has scheduled a blood drive in Texarkana for August 13th at Smith Blair on Globe Avenue.
