Trial Begins for Man Accused in Death of Texarkana Police Officer William Sprague

The trial of an area man accused of causing the death of Texarkana Police Officer William Sprague is underway in a North Central Texas Courtroom.The trial of 21 year old Justin Sanders was moved from Bowie County to Rockwall County because of pre-trial publicity. Authorities accuse Sanders of the hit and run death of Texarkana Texas Police Officer William Sprague last June at Grady Wallace Park.

A jury has been seated and the trial is underway in Rockwall.
