2014 Senior Health & Wellness Expo June 6 at Texarkana Convention Center

The 2014 Senior Expo brought to you by Wadley Regional Medical Center is coming up this Friday June 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn/Texarkana Convention Center on Cowhorn Creek Rd. This Senior Expo promises to be bigger and better with free screenings and tons of expert advice from health care professionals speaking on the latest health issues and more. The screenings will be offering lab draws for cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose and PSA for men. Also blood pressures checks. If you like you can also get a Vascular Screening for just $39.99 but you must call ahead for an appointment at 1-877-7WADLEY.

Last but not least, John Ross from Ross & Shoalmire will be speaking at 11 a.m., 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to answer questions about senior adult care laws and answering questions. Bart Vance will also be there from Blue Cross Blue Shield at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to speak and answer questions you may have about Obamacare. In addition, there will be prize drawings and lots of giveaways.
