The 3rd Annual Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival is coming up Saturday, May 6, at Spring Lake Park and will benefit the Alzheimer's Alliance Tri-State Area.

If you love sipping some great wine, you're going to love sampling some of the best wines in the Four States area. Wineries from all over Texas and various vendors and local businesses will offer visitors an opportunity to not only taste but purchase wines and gourmet treats as well. In addition, there will be a variety of great food, an artisan market with lots of crafts and live entertainment for all ages.

General admission to the wine festival is free with admission to the wine garden just $10. Wine samples from each vendor is $1 and a glass of wine is $5. The Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival runs from 10AM - 5PM.

"Last year over 7, 500 visitors attended the Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival with all proceeds going to our local  Alzheimer's Alliance Tri-State Area and Our Place Respite Care Center," said Terrie Arnold, Executive Director. Our organization serves Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma and we very much look forward to this great event every year."

This event will also be in conjunction with the 29th Annual Doris K. James Memorial Golf Tournament scheduled for May 15, 2017 at Northridge Country Club.
