4-20: Should Marijuana be Legalized? [POLL]

Today is 4/20, the unofficial holiday for all things weed related.  Of course in most of the world marijuana is illegal, but many think the war on drugs is lost.  Do you think weed should be legalized in the U.S.?

Think of this, more children have tried marijuana, which is illegal, than have tried cigarettes which are regulated.  Last year more than 850,000 people were arrested in the U.S. for marijuana, mostly possession charges.  Massachusetts, Denver, and Seattle have either fully decriminalized, or instituted lowest priority law enforcement policies for marijuana possession. Fourteen US States have now passed medical marijuana laws enabling the sick to benefit.
