If you have a sweet tooth you're going to love this! A new frozen custard shop could be coming to Texarkana and it would most likely be built right next to another new eatery coming to the area.

Richard Reynolds Commercial Real Estate has submitted a site plan application that would bring Andy's Frozen Custard to Texarkana. Of course, the site plan has to be approved, according to the planning and zoning commission.

If approved a 2,056 square foot building would be built in the 500 block of North Cowhorn Creek Loop and would be right next to the new Panda Express that is in its building stages now. Andy's Frozen Custard would strickly be a drive-thru or walk-up to order store. Andy's is best known for its fresh-made custard but also some other cold treats as well like sundaes, concretes, splits, malts, shakes, and more.
