Get ready for the inaugural Pull For Heroes Sporting Clay Tournament benefitting the Ark-La-Tex 100 Club on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Rocky Creek Outdoors.

This event fundraiser will help support our local police, and fire departments by raising money for the dependents of our first responders lost in the line of duty. Remaining funds will be used to purchase any unbudgeted, but necessary life saving equipment and additional training.

I had a chance to talk with Andrew Fuller with Ark-La-Tex 100 Club about the upcoming event.

The 100 Club is a citizen sponsored non-profit organization with 100% of their proceeds benefitting local law enforcement officers and fire-fighters in Bowie County and Miller County. In 2016,

The Ark-La-Tex Club collected and disbursed over $196,000 to purchase tactical/protective equipment, fund special training and assist surviving dependents. Thirteen local entities in Bowie and Miller County benefitted from those funds.
