The Little Rock VA Regional Office will hold its next Virtual Claims Clinic on Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 4 to 6 PM. This monthly event offers Arkansas Veterans the opportunity to discuss their VA benefit claims directly with knowledgeable staff.

How to Participate:
Veterans interested in reserving a time slot should call 501-370-3829 by the close of business on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

Services Available:

During the clinic, VA staff will address questions about the PACT Act, assist with existing claims, and help file new benefit applications. Veterans can also learn about financial assistance, survivor benefits, vocational training, and other services provided by the VA.

About the Little Rock VA Regional Office is located at 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, and operates Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Satellite offices are available for in-person assistance:

  • John L. McClellan VA Medical Center, Room 1C-151B, Little Rock: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 AM to 4 PM.
  • Eugene J. Towbin VA Healthcare Center, Room 1C-149, North Little Rock: Wednesdays, 8 AM to noon.

Jay Mergenschroer, Public Affairs Officer, emphasized the VA’s commitment to reaching Veterans statewide. “Our mission extends beyond Little Rock to serve Veterans in rural Arkansas and those who may face barriers accessing services.”

For additional information, Veterans can explore benefits online at www.va.gov or call 800-827-1000. Appointments with VA benefits counselors can also be scheduled using the Visitor Reporting Engagement Application (VERA) platform.
