If you've been traveling down West 7th Street lately, you may have noticed that work is being done on the former old K-Mart building to convert 20,000 square feet of the building into an AutoZone distribution center.

AutoZone Distribution Center Texarkana

As reported by the Texarkana Gazette, a section of the building will be utilized as the distribution center to supply other AutoZone stores. Since March 2024, 101 mega hubs across the country have been in operation.

AutoZone Employment Opportunities

With the new AutoZone distribution center jobs will be available but it's uncertain how many employees will be employed at this time. AutoZone Corporate officials say anyone seeking employment can grab the QR code posted on a placard near the entrance for a link to employment application assistance. AutoZone offers competitive pay, great benefits, and career growth within the company. More information here.
