Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will host the 49th annual CMA Awards on Wednesday, Nov. 14, and Kicker 102.5 would like to send one lucky winner and a guest to Nashville to attend country music's biggest night.

The Starz Youth Talent Show preliminary was held on Monday night at the Four States Fair and Rodeo. Twelve finalists, listed below, were selected. These finalists will perform again on Thursday for a chance to win studio recording time and a demo CD.
