Asa Hutchinson is entering his last term-limited year as the Governor of the Great State of Arkansas and what a great way to close it out, the National Governors Association closed its virtual summer session today with the selection of Governor Hutchinson as NGA chair for 2021-2022. The Governor served the past year as vice-chair.
