Central Mall Texarkana to Get New Owner Due to Foreclosure

Central Mall in Texarkana will be under new ownership soon due to a Foreclosure Sale.

The foreclosure auction sale will be next Tuesday October 2 at the Bowie County Courthouse in New Boston.

The current owners are in default of a loan in which the original principal amount back in 2004 was $134.5 million.

The original owners who built the mall back in 1978, sold it to the current owners in 2004.
