Dan + Shay’s Dan Smyers Makes His Own #DamnDaniel Spoof Video [VIDEO]

Dan Smyers is getting in on the latest Internet sensation.

If you have been anywhere near social media recently, you have seen or heard of #DamnDaniel. It's a simple video (or should I say, compilation of Vines) at its core, like many of these videos are at the beginning however, it is just catchy enough to stick with you.

And you can thank Daniel Lara and Josh Holz.

Josh filmed a series of vines of him complimenting Daniel's shoes. His emphatic "Damn Daniel" has been on the lips of social media users ever since. It even caught the attention of Dan Smyers of Dan + Shay.

Dan enlisted the help of a friend to follow him around and complimenting his shoes. In the video, posted to his Facebook page, Dan is found in the studio recording, drinking coffee, playing banjo and more. The video has already garnered over 52,000 views.
