Good Grief Day
Hospice of Texarkana will be hosting what they call Good Grief Day on July 19th.The event is for children and youth ages seven to fifteen. Good Grief Day offers support to kids who have a loss due to : death, divorce, a move, a parent deployed in the military or the incarceration of a loved one.
They will have a pet therapy petting zoo which will include miniature horses, bunny rabbits and more. Lunch will be provided by McDonald's. The days events are complimentary but reservations are requested by calling Hospice of Texarkana at (903) 794-4263.
The event again is Thursday July 19th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hospice building 803 Spruce Street in Texarkana, Texas.
