What's carries more bacteria than a toilet seat? Your cellphone. According to a study done by microbiologist from Arizona University, eating with your hands after touching your cell phone is nastier than not washing your hands and eating after touching a toilet seat. With COVID-19 or coronavirus all over the news,my coworker found something that he thought might be helpful to keep our phones clean and free of germs.
We are all being very diligent with washing our hands and being extra careful about what we touch, and of course, making sure our workplace is clean, but what about your phone? Did you know in a recent study by microbiologist, from Arizona University say that a phone has 10 times more bacteria than your toilet seat?
On iPhones, there is a special coating that helps repeal oil from your fingers. It has been in use since the iPhone 8 and if you damage it the screen may lose brightness and even seem dull.
The best way to clean your phone is to use a microfiber towel to keep the surface scratch-free. If you want to use a liquid cleaner make sure to use at least 70 percent isopropyl alcohol.
