Kidnapping Suspect Turns Himself in To Local Authorities

A Southwest Arkansas man who was suspected of kidnapping his young daughter has turned himself in to authorities at a Texarkana Attorney’s Office.Ralph Morrison the Third is being held on $250,000 thousand dollars bond. He is accused of taking his 18 month old daughter after assaulting the child’s mother. Zahkairi was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
