Medieval Games Coming to Discovery Place Interactive Museum Aug. 18

The Texarkana Discovery Place Interactive Museum is hosting Medieval  Games on Saturday, August 18, from 2PM-3PM in Downtown Texarkana.

If you always been fascinated with Medieval times you're going to love this event that will feature Jousting Run, Javelin Throw, Apple Bob, Dragon Drop, and Sword in a Stone. Cost for the Medieval Games is $8 and Members cost is $3.

Discovery Place Interactive Museum is located at 215 Pine Street.

One of the things I love about the museum is the wonders of life science lab where you can explore health, sound, motion, electricity, astronomy and other sciences. Make sure you check out their interactive Sound Wall, a Tinkering Studio and the incredible Musical Tesla Coils.

Other upcoming events include a Catapult making class on Saturday, August 11.
