Miller County Cooperative Extension Office has announced the launch of the Southwest Arkansas Agri Academy. 

According to the news release, the Academy is an innovative, week-long youth leadership program for area students interested in learning more about the expansive agricultural industry in the four states area.

The Southwest Arkansas Agri Academy will be held June 3-7 and will feature tours of area agribusinesses from the various facets of agriculture and natural resources that influence the regional economy. Academy attendees will also work on personal leadership development throughout the week.

The camp is open to students who will be enrolled in high school during the Fall 2019 semester. Students who are interested in attending must fill out an application by Monday, April 15 to be considered. The cost of the camp is $75.00
