Miranda Lambert's smitten, and she knows it. The country star's birthday wish for her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, is full of lovey-dovey emojis and hashtags — and, to be honest, it's pretty adorable.

"Happy Birthday to the man that puts stars in my eyes," Lambert writes under a photo of herself and McLoughlin, which appears to have been taken at the Grand Ole Opry House. She ends the message with the emojis 😍, 💥, 🌟 and ❤️, and the hashtag "#foreverandeveramen," a nod to the Randy Travis love song of the same name.

Lambert and McLoughlin have been together for about one year. McLoughlin is a New York City police officer (though he's currently on leave), and the two reportedly met late in 2018, while Lambert was in town with her Pistol Annies bandmates promoting their Interstate Gospel album.

They married early in 2019, though they kept it under wraps until around Valentine's Day.

Since they revealed their marriage, however, Lambert hasn't been shy about sharing photos of and with McLoughlin. He's made plenty of appearances on her social media pages, and attended events such as the 2019 ACM Awards and 2019 ACM Honors with her.

Music-wise, Lambert is gearing up to release a brand-new album, Wildcard, on Nov. 1. She's "really happy," she says, and fans can expect to hear it in her new music.

"You go through life's journey, up and down, and you don't know what to expect and you have fails and victories. But I love love and I'm always in search for it," she reflects, adding of McLoughlin, "I've found the person who loves it as much as I do. And it just works."

Lambert is also currently on the road, for her 2019 Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour. In 2020, she'll promote Wildcard with a tour of the same name.
