Super Bowl 50 is coming up this Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Cali., near San Francisco. Could you imagine sitting down to watch the game and then you notice that both sides of the end zone are painted with the Denver Broncos logo? I guess if you're a Bronco fan you would be alright with that, but a Carolina Panthers fan not so much. Sounds to me like the ground crew is betting the Broncos already have this one in the bag.Well, this actually happened. Ground crews accidentally painted both end zones with the Denver Broncos logo until someone caught the mistake. So crews had to erase one of them and repaint the Carolina Panthers logo over top. According to reports, the mistake was they actually gave the Denver Broncos the end zone on the left side, as seen from the press box.

Even though the game is being played at a neutral site, technically Denver is the home team and they have the rights to the end zone on the right side. It's unclear why that is very important but I'm sure there is a good reason why. So, you would have thought they would have caught that before they painted the other end zone the same as the other. In any case, the mistake has been corrected and you will probably not even notice there was a problem by game time Sunday.

This incident sort of reminds me of the Snickers commercial a few years ago of the guy who accidentally painted Chefs in the end zone instead of Chiefs. Too funny!

Super Bowl 50 kicks off Sunday, Feb. 7 at 5:30PM on CBS.
