The Southern Arkansas University Rodeo Team has earned their 13th consecutive trip to the College National Rodeo Finals in Casper, Wyoming.

The Southern Arkansas University Rodeo Team will send eight students to the College National Rodeo Finals in Casper, Wyo., in June. Their performance caps another impressive year for the team, said Rusty Hayes, rodeo coach.

With rain delays, and interruptions, the tension was getting thick at Richmond Speedway Saturday night.  When the checkered flag finally dropped well after midnight, it was Clint Bowyer finishing just 1.198 seconds in front of Jeff Gordon for the victory.
