Veterans Day is Wednesday, Nov. 11, and in honor of all men and women who have served, many restaurants and retailers are offering freebies, deals, and discounts.
Free meals are being offered to children 18 years of age and younger. This is part of the Summer Meals Program that is offered yearly by Texarkana Arkansas School District.
It's that time a year again! Tax Day falls on Tuesday, April 18 this year and unless you apply for an extension Americans will be scrambling to get their taxes done by midnight. For some this can be a stressful time of year, for others it means free goodies, some national chain restaurants or businesses are offering some free goodies or discounts to lighten up the tax burden.
