Veterans Day is Wednesday, Nov. 11, and in honor of all men and women who have served, many restaurants and retailers are offering freebies, deals, and discounts.

All First Responders will be fed meals all day this Wednesday May 22, 2019 as part of the annual First Responder’s Appreciation Day.

Free meals are being offered to children 18 years of age and younger. This is part of the Summer Meals Program that is offered yearly by Texarkana Arkansas School District.

It's that time a year again! Tax Day falls on Tuesday, April 18 this year and unless you apply for an extension Americans will be scrambling to get their taxes done by midnight. For some this can be a stressful time of year, for others it means free goodies, some national chain restaurants or businesses are offering some free goodies or discounts to lighten up the tax burden.

Let's face it, when it comes to eating out with a family it can get expensive real fast depending on how large your family is and where you decide to eat. And if you're living on a limited budget that can become very difficult for any family to do.

Veterans Day is November 11 and many of America's restaurant chains and other businesses are saying "thank you" for the endless sacrifice that many of our men and women in uniform have made and continue to make to keep our country safe and free by providing free or reduced cost meals.
