As Texarkana makes its next step of growth, that means new business and it also means that to keep up with all of this traffic we need to make the roads bigger and wider. The road work going on in Texarkana and the surrounding area going on means we need to take extra care to be safe and of course, plan our work or school commute to avoid being late.
If you drive around town you will notice that we have a tremendous amount of road work going on in Texarkana and the surrounding area. With all of this road construction going on we need to take extra care to be safe and of course, plan our work or school commute to avoid being late.
Anyone that is traveling the roads in Texarkana knows that the ongoing construction is a big pain in the butt. But this road construction is a small price to pay to hopefully keep our roads safer. But I have noticed that people are driving way too fast on some of the roads in Texarkana.
The Interstate 30 Westbound Exit Ramp at Leary in Bowie County will be closed during the daylight hours today (Wednesday December 7) thru this Friday December 9.
The Texas Department of Transportation would like to know what truck drivers think about a variety of issues particularly with Interstate 30 in Northeast Texas.
