It's been a long time coming but it's official Texarkana is now the home of Panda Express Chinese Kitchen located on St. Michael Drive and I-30.

When traveling West down St. Michael Drive you can't but help but notice that big mound of dirt and clearing just off the highway. That's the site of the much anticipated Panda Express Chinese Kitchen coming to Texarkana.

Southern Arkansas University’s new Panda Express Chinese Kitchen will officially open for business at 10:45AM on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in conjunction with the first day of classes of the spring semester.

Construction has begun on a new national chain restaurant at Southern Arkansas University that may be open as soon as February 1, 2018, for the campus and the community.
