Scout

I've posted about this before, so by now I hope you know it is improper to dispose of an old, worn-out US flag by simply throwing it away or chucking it on your burn pile. The proper way to do it is a flag retirement ceremony. So, how do you get it into the hands of someone who is going to be performing one of those ceremonies? Here you go...

If you're in a Scout troop then hopefully you know or at least have heard our own Caddo Area Council OA Lodge 232. Order of the Arrow is an organization within BSA thought of as the National Honor Society of Scouting. These scouts are voted on by their peers to become "Arrowmen."  Each year our local Lodge 232 has a fundraiser night at Doc's Place in Garland City, Arkansas, and this Thur
