Southern Arkansas University Theatre is set to perform “Hairspray” at Harton Theatre from April 19-22.

The Heritage Singers and Chamber Singers will perform their annual Spring Concert at 7:30PM on Thursday, April 12, at Central Baptist Church 207 West Union in Magnolia. Admission is free and open to the public.

The fourth annual Mulerider Kids College and the second annual Mulerider Teen College is coming this summer at Southern Arkansas University. Registration will be available online starting March 8, 2018.

The Southern Arkansas University Theatre Department is set to perform William Shakespear's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Harton Theatre from February 15-18, 2018. The show is intended for mature audiences.

The Southern Arkansas University Board of Trustees approved on Tuesday a bond proposal in the amount of $7.9 million through the Alumni Association for the construction of a new student resident hall that will help the University meet continued enrollment growth projections.

Students at Southern Arkansas University will be able to ride across the campus for free utilizing the new Mule Rides bicycle sharing system, inaugurated recently by SAU President Dr. Trey Berry.

The deadline has been extended to Jan. 24, 2018 for submission of class proposals for this summer’s second annual Mulerider Kids College (MKC) and Mulerider Teen College (MTC) at Southern Arkansas University.
