Passenger Identified
The Texarkana, Texas Police Department has identified Eva Hubbard, 30, of Texarkana, Texas as the passenger in a stolen vehicle involved in a crash on South Lake Drive in September. Hubbard and the vehicle’s driver, Billy Morehead, died in the crash. Investigators were forced to rely on DNA to identify Hubbard.
