What the heck is 'La Nina' and how will it affect our weather in Arkansas and Texas?

It's January. Usually, we have it pretty cold in January in our area, but not so much this year. As I type this, our high today will be close to 70. Will we see any snow this winter?

Local news forecasts say East Texas may be at below freezing temperatures for 40 straight hours starting Sunday.

We may be starting to cool down in the Ark-La-Tex, but the danger of leaving your child in the car is still present.
