Texarkana Arkansas Board Meets This Evening

The Texarkana Arkansas City Board of Directors meet for the first time in June this evening starting at 6PM at City Hall.

The board will consider among other items on the agenda, a resolution requesting the Arkansas Parole Board to deny any application of John C. Lohbaur for release or parole for the 1977 murder of Texarkana, Arkansas Police Lt. Ed Worrell.
