Trump Issues Challenge to Obama [VIDEO]

Since Monday we've been hearing about Donald Trump's big announcement he was going to make today that, as he said, could change the election. Fail.

"The Donald" basically issued a challenge to President Obama: release his college records and passport information by October 31 and Trump will donate 5 million dollars to the charity of the President's choosing.

Something tells me Donald Trump will not be writing out that check.
