Get ready for the annual Pink Ride March 25-27 on Front Street located in downtown Texarkana. Pink Ride is a fundraiser for local women, men and children with cancer to help with medical expenses not covered by private insurance.

This three day event kicks off with the Pink Ball, Friday evening at 6PM at the Elks Lodge on Garland Avenue. There will be plenty of live music, food and a live auction with Tracy Travillion. On Saturday, registration gets under way at 8AM and kickstands go up at 10AM rain or shine. There will be plenty of vendors on hand with food for purchase all day during the event.

The Tyler, Texas band Teazur performs at 6PM.

Then, at 8PM, Texarkana's own Jawbone will perform.

In addition, there will be bike games all day and a Jeep and motorcycle show. Volunteers are still needed so if you would love to help out please call Diana Howard at 903-319-9157 or email pinkride@ymail.com.
