Are you ready for some football? July is starting to wind down and that can only mean one thing - that football season is just around the corner. Can't wait to call those Hogs! The Arkansas Razorbacks are primed and ready for a great season. The question remains: Will they live up to all the hype of the pre-season? If Arkansas's QB Tyler Wilson and running back Knile Davis can stay healthy, anything is possible. Tyler Wilson and Knile Davis are in the Big Apple NYC all this week for interviews and photo shoots with ESPN, Sports Illustrated Magazine, and other big time media networks. As a matter of fact, Wilson and Davis ran into Rapper/Actor Ice Cube at the ESPN studios.

Wilson says he expects it to be a “whirlwind.” While it’s a lot to take on in a short time, Davis said he’s happy to for the opportunity.

“I feel honored,” said Davis, who is making his first trip to New York City. “It will be cool.”

According to Arkansas360.com Wilson hopes to build on last year’s 3,638 yards, 63.2 completion percentage and 24 touchdowns. Davis has to stay healthy and put up numbers like he did in 2010 – 1,322 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Fall camp begins August 2 in Fayetteville and all the players and coaches are pumped about the upcoming season. Fan Day is scheduled for August 18, with your chance to meet the players, take photos and get autographs of some of your favorite Razorback players.

Also have to give a shout out to some Texarkana homeboys Dennis Johnson and Cobi Hamilton and wish them all the best for 2012 season.
