May 9, 2013 Harvest Texarkana is helping to Stamp Out Hunger! Please help Texarkana make this special day a huge success. On Saturday, May 11, 2013, please donate non-perishable food items. There are several ways to help out and places to drop off your food donations--read on for more information.
Donate items like canned meats, fish, soup, vegetables; bottled juice, pasta, cereal and rice that do not require refrigeration. Please do not include items that have expired or are in glass containers.

May 7, 2013 Nina is a young beautiful Yellow Labrador Retriever. She was an owner surrender - reason unknown. Nina is house trained. She is great with kids and very friendly. Nina is energetic and loves to play.
Her Animal Identification Number is 58183 and she is in Kennel D2, which is the second kennel on the right-hand side of the Adoption Floor.
May 6, 2013 This is basically a virtual tour of the adoptable animals at the Texarkana, Arkansas Animal Care and Adoption Center. I took several videos week so you could see all of the animals that are need of homes.

May 1, 2013 Bonita is the sweetest dog. She is probably almost two years old and weighs around 15 pounds. She is a just-the-right-size lap dog. She loves to be carried and curls around your hand to fit perfectly.
When we went outside and she was a lot of fun. She is super fast too. Her tail curls so cute over her back. Bonita has a very sweet soul. She loves people. I think she would make a great addition to any family. When you adopt Bonita you also get a free Wellness Package from Pleasant Grove Animal Hospital.
April 25, 2013 The Walk For Life to benefit 1st Choice Pregnancy Resource Center in Texarkana is this Saturday, April 27, beginning at 8:30 a.m. This will be a fun-filled morning for the entire family including dogs! There will be a live band to entertain the walkers.
April 23, 2013 Legend is a two year old mastiff mix. He is a big, sweet, loveable dog. He is very playful and will need a yard to romp. Legend is a manly-man's dog. He likes to play yet he also seems to have a gentle side for children. He weighs approximately 80 pounds.

These pictures were mistakenly given to me when I picked my order up from Wal-mart many, many years ago. It was 1987, as you can tell by the date stamp on the photos. This is back when when you had to take a roll of film to a store that had a film drop off box and then wait several days to get your photos.
